# Условия использования

### 1. Назначение Бота

Бот предназначен исключительно для участников Discord-сервера и используется для подтверждения личности пользователя с целью получения доступа к игровому серверу.

Использование Бота лицами, не являющимися участниками соответствующего Discord-сервера, не предусмотрено.

### 2. Использование Бота

При использовании Бота вы соглашаетесь:

* предоставлять только собственные коды подтверждения;
* использовать Бота исключительно для прохождения процедуры подтверждения личности;
* не предпринимать попыток нарушить работу Бота, получить несанкционированный доступ или использовать его не по назначению.

### 3. Ответственность пользователя

Пользователь несет ответственность за сохранность своего игрового аккаунта и учетной записи Discord.

Запрещается передавать третьим лицам свои коды подтверждения или использовать чужие коды без разрешения их владельца.

### 4. Ограничение ответственности

Разработчик Бота не несет ответственности за:

* невозможность использования Бота вследствие технических сбоев;
* действия третьих лиц;
* проблемы, связанные с работой Discord или игровых серверов;
* последствия использования пользователем неверных или недействительных кодов подтверждения.

### 5. Прекращение доступа

Разработчик или администрация Discord-сервера вправе ограничить или прекратить доступ к Боту в любое время при нарушении настоящих Условий или правил Discord-сервера.

### 6. Изменения условий

Настоящие Условия могут быть изменены в любое время. Продолжение использования Бота после внесения изменений означает согласие пользователя с новой редакцией.

By using this Discord Bot (the "Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

### 1. Purpose of the Bot

The Bot is intended exclusively for members of the associated Discord server and is used to verify a user's identity in order to grant access to the game server.

The Bot is not intended for use by individuals who are not members of the corresponding Discord server.

### 2. Use of the Bot

* submit only your own verification codes;
* use the Bot solely for identity verification and access to the game server;
* not attempt to misuse, disrupt, exploit, or gain unauthorized access to the Bot.

You must not share your verification codes with others or use verification codes belonging to another person without their permission.

* service interruptions or technical failures;
* actions of third parties;
* issues related to Discord or the game servers;
* any consequences resulting from the submission of incorrect or invalid verification codes.

### 5. Termination of Access

The Bot developer or the Discord server administrators reserve the right to suspend or revoke access to the Bot at any time if these Terms or the Discord server rules are violated.

### 6. Changes to the Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
